Who We Are


The Trustees


We are a board of trustees who oversee the work of the Partnership Foundation charity. The Foundation is funded by Portsmouth & SE Hants Partnership, which is a not-for-profit regeneration business that was founded in 1994.

The Foundation's trustees are listed below.

Max Craft - Max has been a resident in Portsmouth since 1976. “I have been fortunate and privileged to have been involved in PSEHP for many years during which the Partnership has provided financial support for social enterprise, local charities and local communities”. Max retired from his solicitors practice in 2017. He remains a consultant for the business and continues to sit as a part-time Judge in Tribunals.    He currently chairs the Partnership's charitable Foundation which has donated over half a million pounds to local projects.

Zoe Gray - Currently leading a national unit to maximise impact from taxpayer funded health and care research
through effective and diverse public engagement.  Zoe has held leadership roles in the voluntary, private and higher education sectors for over 20 years. Roles have spanned economic and business development, community engagement, adult learning, health and wellbeing. Locally, Zoe ran a local charity which supported thousands of individuals and families every year to improve their health and work situations, set up Healthwatch Portsmouth and chaired a social enterprise network.  A graduate of Portsmouth University, Zoe now combines her professional skills with her passion for the local area and community-led change as a Trustee/Director for The Partnership Foundation and The Partnership. Formally, Zoe was a trustee for Express FM and Southsea Greenhouse.

Anna Clodfelter - Anna has been the chief executive officer at the University of Portsmouth Students’ Union for the
past ten years.  She has lived locally in Gosport for 30 years.  Anna has volunteered in a variety of causes over the years, all being focussed on social justice and parity of opportunity in one form or another.

David Miles - David has lived in Portsmouth for many years and has his own HR Consultancy business. Previously
David has held Chief Executive and Senior positions in a variety of organisations both commercial and Not For Profit. David has been active in the Partnership for a number of years and has been chair of the Partnership. David led the Single Regeneration Budget programme which had a significant impact on the city and SE Hants.

Robin Dickens - Robin has lived and worked in the Portsmouth area for over 40 years, a former Director in the national commercial property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton.  He is now retired and was recently appointed as Chair of the Partnership with a commitment to secure and supplement the income generation to the Foundation to continue our support to local charities and community projects.

Portsmouth & SE Hampshire Partnership Ltd (PSEHP) - Martin Dennison sits on the board of trustees of the Foundation on behalf of PSEHP Ltd.
